Kerry Hoke

Kerry founded Integritas Development out of a passion for developing wholehearted leaders who are learning to live and lead from whole hearts and healthy souls. With more than 25 years experience stemming from a wide variety of professional and volunteer ministry roles, Kerry understands the toll that leadership and ministry can take on the human soul. Using a formational leadership framework, she helps leaders discover a way of living and leading that flows from the inside out.

She holds a Master’s in Spiritual Formation & Leadership (Spring Arbor University) and writes and speaks on topics related to leadership development, formational leadership, soul care, and Christian spiritual formation. Kerry is a Spiritual Director (PAX Center) and a licensed pastor with the Brethren in Christ Church.

“Kerry provided an environment of learning which allowed our group to expand their knowledge and have their hearts transformed.

Kerry is a powerful communicator and easily connected with each person in our group. She invites participants to explore their own thinking and expectations through effective questions. I look forward to Kerry's future engagement with our team.”
